Our strength class will help you build lean muscle and strength allowing you to be the most functional and healthy version of yourself. Classes are designed with a series of supersets focusing on compound movements.

Conditioning Group Class
Our conditioning class will help you build a strong heart, strong lungs, and long lasting endurance. Classes are designed with a series of exercises that are meant to keep your heart rate up! This means less weight , less rest , and more movement!

Strength and Conditioning Group Class
Our strength and conditioning class is the best of both worlds! Classes are designed to start off with compound heavy movements and then finish the second half of the class with a conditioning circuit!

1:1 Personal Training
Our personal trainers are here to help you meet your individualized health & fitness goals at a pace that is comfortable and tailored to you! Our personal trainers can help you break through plateaus, keep you from falling into workout ruts, and offer strategies to keep you mentally engaged on your journey!

Small Group Personal Training
Enjoy training alongside others, but looking for a smaller group? Small group personal training is the best of both worlds! You have like minded and enthusiastic people to train with in a smaller and more personal setting with our small group personal training.

Meet our founder, Steven!
Steven's fitness journey began 15 years ago when he first stumbled upon the weight room in his high school. Initially, like your typical teenager, his focus was solely on building a big set of arms and chest. However, as he delved deeper into the fitness world, he realized the importance of overall well-being and balanced fitness.
His views on what fitness means evolved hugely over the next 15 years. A prominent moment for Steven is when he decide to pursue rugby as a professional career; his focus shifted to trying to become the strongest, fastest, biggest version of himself. Upon reaching his goals and becoming a professional rugby player, he had the opportunity to be trained by high level strength and conditioning coaches. This again provided him with a whole new perspective and knowledge around fitness!
After one too many injuries, Steven made the tough decision to retire from rugby. But, with his passion for fitness still well and alive he began his journey towards working as a personal trainer. Since parting ways with the fitness world as an athlete, and becoming a proud dad to his beautiful daughter, his goals have shifted once again. Steven's priority is to incorporate all that he's learned and create long term health and fitness for his everyday life.
Having a space where he can positively share his passion with the community around him has always been a dream of his. And with Van Isle Fitness, he is so excited to see this dream come to life! Steven looks forward to continuing his fitness journey in collaboration with the community at Van Isle Fitness!
